Welcome to Forensic Detective Agency. These extensive Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Client", "User") and Forensic Detective Agency (the "Agency", "We", "Us", "Our").

By accessing our website (forensicdetectiveagency.com), consulting with our agents, or formally engaging our private investigation and forensic services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of our website and services.

1. Scope and Nature of Services

Forensic Detective Agency provides a wide array of professional investigative services, including but not limited to:

• Pre-matrimonial and post-matrimonial investigations.
• Corporate investigations, due diligence, and background verification.
• Cybercrime investigation and digital forensics.
• Surveillance, asset tracing, and skip tracing.
• Undercover operations and fraud detection.

Disclaimer of Guaranteed Outcomes: The Agency agrees to conduct investigations with the highest level of professionalism, diligence, and ethical standards. However, the Client acknowledges that the nature of investigative work makes it impossible to guarantee specific results or discoveries. Payment for services is for the time, expertise, and resources expended, not for a guaranteed outcome.

2. Ethical Conduct and Legal Compliance

The Agency operates strictly within the confines of the law. We unconditionally refuse to engage in any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized activities. Under no circumstances will the Agency conduct:

• Illegal phone tapping, wiretapping, or interception of communications.
• Hacking into emails, social media accounts, mobile devices, or secure databases.
• Procurement of Call Detail Records (CDRs) or banking data through unauthorized or illegal means.
• Physical trespassing or breaking and entering into private properties.

If a Client requests any of the above services, the Agency reserves the right to immediately terminate the consultation or agreement without any refund.

3. Client Obligations and Declarations

By hiring Forensic Detective Agency, the Client formally declares and agrees to the following:

• Truthfulness: All information, background details, and context provided to the Agency are completely accurate and truthful to the best of the Client's knowledge.
• Lawful Intent: The Client has a legitimate, lawful reason to commission the investigation. The services will not be used to stalk, harass, intimidate, or harm any individual, nor used for extortion or blackmail.
• Non-Interference: The Client agrees not to interfere with an ongoing investigation, approach the subject of the investigation, or conduct parallel investigations without informing the Agency, as this compromises operational security.

4. Financial Terms, Retainers, and Refunds

Given the intensive resource deployment required for investigative operations, the following financial terms apply:

• Quotations: Cost estimates are provided based on the initial assessment of the case's complexity, geographical scope, and required manpower. If the scope expands during the investigation, additional charges will apply upon the Client's approval.
• Advance Payments: A mandatory retainer/advance payment (usually 50% to 100% of the estimated cost) is required before any fieldwork or investigation commences.
• Non-Refundable Policy: Once the investigation has officially commenced and resources (investigators, surveillance equipment, travel) have been deployed, the retainer fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the investigation's outcome or if the Client decides to cancel the service mid-operation.
• Incidental Expenses: Out-of-pocket expenses such as long-distance travel, hotel accommodations, specialized database access fees, or informant fees will be billed separately and supported by receipts/vouchers where possible.

5. Strict Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

The Agency treats the identity of the Client and the details of the investigation with absolute secrecy. We will not disclose any information to third parties, the subject of the investigation, or the media. Conversely, the Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of our methods, reports, and the identity of our operatives. Reports provided by the Agency are for the Client's personal or legal use only and may not be published publicly.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Forensic Detective Agency, its directors, employees, operatives, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of:

• The Client's use or inability to use our services or reports.
• Decisions made or actions taken by the Client based on the findings of our investigation.
• Any emotional distress, loss of business, loss of reputation, or financial losses resulting from the case.

In no event shall the Agency's total liability to the Client exceed the total amount of fees paid by the Client to the Agency for the specific service in question.

7. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forensic Detective Agency and its personnel from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from the Client's misrepresentation of facts, unlawful motives, or misuse of the information provided by the Agency.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on forensicdetectiveagency.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, methodologies, and report formats, are the exclusive intellectual property of Forensic Detective Agency. No part of the website or our official reports may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without our prior written consent.

9. Termination of Services

The Agency reserves the right to terminate an ongoing investigation and sever ties with the Client immediately, without refund, if:

• The Client is found to have provided false information or concealed critical facts.
• The Client uses the Agency's findings for illegal purposes.
• The Client fails to make agreed-upon payments.
• The safety, security, or legal standing of the Agency's operatives is compromised by the Client's actions.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by Forensic Detective Agency shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
